Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

EasyRapVideo helps adults create AI Rap videos from authorized portrait photos. Some functions may remain unavailable while quality and delivery are tested. Illustrated concepts are not real generations. AI output may not always preserve identity or match the requested lyrics or idea exactly.

User Accounts

You must be at least 18 to use generation. You are responsible for your account security and activity. Notify support of unauthorized activity.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload portraits of minors, submit likenesses without permission, impersonate others, imitate artists' recognizable voices without rights, or produce misleading synthetic media. You also agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Requests may be rejected by automated moderation, which cannot independently establish age, identity or informed consent. You remain responsible for the rights to all submitted photos, text and media.

Payment and Billing

When checkout is enabled, EasyRapVideo may offer both one-time credit packs and optional monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The current price, renewal interval, credit allowance and per-generation cost are shown before purchase. One-time pack credits do not expire when a subscription ends. Subscription credits are granted after a successful payment, expire at the end of the corresponding paid billing period and do not roll over. Yearly subscriptions receive their full yearly allowance when that year's payment succeeds, not twelve separate monthly grants. Manage recurring payment methods and cancellation through Stripe Billing; canceling does not automatically refund previous payments. Credits are not cash. Confirmed failed generations restore spent credits; uncertain tasks require verification first. Monetary refunds and consumer rights are described in our Refund Policy. Returning from checkout does not by itself prove payment.

Intellectual Property

You retain your existing rights to your photos and original text, while granting us and our service providers the limited permissions required to moderate, process and deliver requested output. Generated content remains subject to applicable law and provider terms. EasyRapVideo's software, brand and original site content are protected.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
