Use the support email shown in the footer for account, billing, copyright and privacy questions. The contact address is made available when the production support mailbox is configured.

Signed-in users can also open a support ticket when tickets are enabled in the account settings.

What to include

For a video that is stuck, failed or unavailable, include the task reference shown in My Videos, the approximate time, and a short description of the problem. For billing, share the order number. For a content or likeness rights concern, identify the material and explain your relationship to it.

Never send passwords, payment card details or private portrait photos by email. Contact us first if we need specific diagnostic details.

Common questions

The My Videos page shows the status of the original generation task and lets you download a finished video. Confirmed generation failures restore their spent credits; uncertain provider submissions are investigated before a retry or credit decision. Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy.
