Website analytics (PVUV)

When PVUV is enabled by the site administrator, its external script measures page views and unique visitors. If our cookie-consent banner is enabled, the PVUV script loads only after a visitor accepts. The script sends analytics requests to a third-party endpoint; we do not include uploaded portrait photos, Rap ideas or payment details in its configuration.

Photo drafts and generated videos

The creator saves your photos, creation mode, scene, idea, audio preference and format in this browser using IndexedDB. A draft expires after 24 hours and is removed when you next open the creator, or immediately when you choose Clear local draft. Closing the tab does not immediately remove a draft. Use a private device for personal photos.

Photos are checked and uploaded automatically when you select photos while signed in. Approved uploads can be reused for 24 hours; input files are subject to the existing two-day storage cleanup. Video generation and its credit charge still require separate confirmation. Before photos are stored in R2 or any video generation charge is made, uploaded images are checked using SeeAPI's nsfw-filter-2 image moderation service. A rejected, incomplete or unavailable image safety check prevents video generation without spending credits. The optional Rap idea is not sent to SeeAPI or OpenAI for separate text moderation; it is sent as part of the prompt to the selected video-generation service after the image checks pass. Automated image checks cannot verify age or consent, or guarantee that all inappropriate content is detected.

If you choose “Surprise me” or “Refine idea”, your entered text and selected style, scene, music and duration are sent to DeepSeek or the explicitly configured compatible proxy. Photos are not sent to this text service. Suggestions are shown for review and replace your draft only when you choose to apply one. This optional step is separate from video generation and image moderation. We save the returned suggestions and an account-specific fingerprint of the inputs so you can reuse the same result without another AI request. We also keep your daily request count and cooldown state. These records are linked to your account and removed when the account is deleted.

When generation is enabled, the currently selected video service receives your Rap prompt and time-limited private photo references for processing. We may use KIE, official Volcengine Ark, or the HaomaoToken third-party proxy if that route has been enabled by the site administrator. HaomaoToken is not operated by Volcengine; a proxy may forward inputs to an upstream model service. Only the selected route receives each new generation request, but tasks already submitted continue with their original provider. Photos and videos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage; playback and downloads require the owning account. We attempt to delete input photos after completion or confirmed failure and retry cleanup when the task is accessed. If no one revisits a task, automatic retries are not guaranteed; operations should also use a configured object-lifecycle deletion rule for input photos. You can delete completed or failed videos in My Videos. Provider processing and retention also follow the providers' own policies.

6. AI Processing — Uploaded photo bytes are sent to SeeAPI for image safety classification before saving or charging; approved photo references and Rap ideas are shared with the selected KIE, Volcengine Ark or HaomaoToken generation route, including downstream processing performed by that route.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Process transactions and send related confirmations.
• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Security

We use HTTPS, private object storage, account authentication and short-lived provider access URLs. No online storage or transmission can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Only upload images you have the right to use.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable law permits. Account settings and My Videos provide some self-service controls; contact support for other requests. Payment or legally required records may remain, and provider copies may follow different retention periods.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
